Account

Account activation is needed to pay for and receive Paid Access to games, send a child’s drawing for future stories, and take a break by logging out of the account. Account activation does not open paid games automatically: Paid Access is purchased separately in the “Paid Access” section and is linked to the email address of the activated account.

We do not use passwords. Enter your email, receive a one-time code by email (the code is valid for a few minutes and can be used only once), and enter it here. After that, the account remains active for up to 7 days on this device and in this browser. When this period ends, the website will ask you to activate the account again. Reactivation does not cancel Paid Access and does not change its access period. If paid access is still active, the paid games will become available again after entering a new code.

A drawing made on the special page of any of our books, showing an adventure of the Little Book Bird and the Wise Owl, may become the starting point for a new story in one of our future books. If the drawing is selected, LittleBookBirdAndWiseOwl may use it in full, in part, or in an adapted form in one of our future books, on the website, in online games, or in other project materials, together with the child information if it was provided.

Why is account activation needed?

Activation is needed to enter the account without a password, pay for and receive Paid Access to games, send a child’s drawing for future stories, and log out of the account if you want to take a break. Activation itself does not open paid games automatically: Paid Access is purchased separately in the “Paid Access” section.

How long does the account stay active?

After entering the code, the account remains active for up to 7 days on this device and in this browser. You can use the available sections of the website without entering the code again. After this period ends, the system will automatically ask you to activate the account again.

Is this a subscription?

No. Paid Access is purchased as a one-time payment for the selected period: 1 month, 3 months or 6 months. There is no automatic renewal, subscription or hidden charge.

What happens after the paid access period ends?

After the paid access period ends, the paid games become unavailable again. Free games remain open. Paid Access can be purchased again if needed.

What should I do if access does not open after payment?

Make sure the account is activated with the same email address that was used during payment. If access still does not open, please contact us through the contact form.

Can I get a refund?

The refund rules are described on the Refund Policy page.

How many drawings can be sent to the “Idea for New Adventures” section?

One drawing every 30 days from one account (one email address).

What are the requirements for drawings?

The drawing must be created on the special last page of any book from the LittleBookBirdAndWiseOwl project. It should be an adventure drawing of the Little Book Bird and the Wise Owl – where they are doing something, exploring, or meeting someone. Format: JPG. File size: up to 5 MB.

Who can send a drawing, and whose work should it be?

A drawing may be sent only by an adult – the parent or legal guardian of the child who created the drawing. By sending the drawing, the adult confirms that, to the best of their knowledge, the drawing was created independently by the child and does not copy third-party characters, brands, books, cartoons, games, or other protected materials.

What drawings are accepted?

We accept only children’s drawings created on the special last page of any book from the project. The drawing must be suitable for a children’s audience: without violence, horror, sexual or nude content, politics, military campaigning, hatred, insults, and without third-party brands or characters. If a drawing does not meet these requirements, we may delete it without explanation.

Can the drawing be printed in a book?

Yes, it can. If the drawing is selected, we may use it in full, in part, or in an adapted form in one of our future books, on the website, in online games, or in other project materials. If child information was provided in the child information field, it may be used next to the selected drawing or idea.

Does the child or the parents receive a fee or author’s payment for the drawings?

No. This section is not a contest, competition, or commercial collaboration. Sending a drawing does not create any right to a fee, payment, royalties, share of profit, co-authorship, copyright, or other rights to future books, stories, illustrations, games, or project materials.

The child made the drawing on ordinary paper. Is that accepted?

No. All drawings must be created on the special last page of any book from the LittleBookBirdAndWiseOwl project.

Can a drawing be changed or deleted after sending?

Not through the website. After being sent, the drawing goes for review. If you change your mind, you may contact support. We may stop any further new use of the material where this is technically and legally possible. However, this does not affect books, illustrations, games, activities, website materials, or promotional materials that have already been created, published, printed, sent to print, or prepared for publication before we receive such a request.

Why does a new drawing not appear in the table?

Immediately after sending, the drawing has the internal status “Under review” and is not shown in the table. The table shows only those drawings that have already been taken into work (status “Inspiring a new story”) or have already become part of a book (status “Became part of the book”).

Can we find out why a drawing was not selected?

We do not have time to respond individually to every idea. If a drawing does not appear with the status “Inspiring a new story” or “Became part of the book”, this means that it was not suitable for the current stories or that we have already collected enough ideas for the nearest books. We may reject a drawing without explaining the reasons.

What if the child really wants to be in a book?

We try to choose ideas from different countries, age groups, and styles. The best thing is to give the child freedom: let the child draw their own world, what they love, and what they are excited about.

Will the child information be written somewhere?

If you provided child information (first name, age, country), it may be used in a book, on the website, or in project materials next to the selected drawing or idea. If you do not want to provide child information, you need to write “no child information” in the field. In that case, the material may be used without the child’s name.

What child information can be written?

In the child information field, you should write only the child’s first name, age, and country. For example: “Marta, 7 years old, Ukraine”. Do not write the child’s surname, address, school, class number, phone number, email, or any sensitive data. If you do not want to provide child information, write “no child information” in the field.

Do you sell our data or send advertising?

No. The email address is used only for: account access, technical messages, and information related to your ideas, Paid Access and other actions on the website. Drawings and children’s data are not shared with third parties for advertising.

Are drawings stored forever?

No. We do not keep a public archive of all submitted ideas. Drawings are stored for the time needed to review them and work on a book or project materials. Materials that were not used may be deleted. If a drawing or an idea from it has already been used in a book, on the website, in an online game, activity, or another project material, this does not mean that we keep all original files forever.
