3. Paid Access, Pricing and Payment
- Some games on the Site are available for free. Paid Access opens all paid games on the Site for the selected access period.
- The current prices, access periods and payment terms are shown on the Account page in the “Paid Access” section before payment is made.
- Paid Access is purchased as a one-time payment for the selected period. There is no automatic renewal, subscription or hidden charge.
- After the paid access period ends, paid games become locked again, while free games remain available.
- Prices may change over time. A price change does not affect an access period that has already been paid for.
- The final amount, currency, possible taxes and payment terms are shown on the payment page before payment is confirmed.
- Paid Access is linked to the email address of the activated account. Reactivating the account does not cancel Paid Access and does not change its access period.

- By submitting a review, comment, or drawing through the “Idea for New Adventures” section, you confirm that you are an adult person (the parent, mother, father, or legal guardian of the child) who has the right to provide this material to LittleBookBirdAndWiseOwl.
- You confirm that the drawing you submit was created independently by the child and does not copy third-party characters, brands, books, cartoons, games, illustrations, or other materials protected by copyright or trademarks.
- You guarantee that the submitted materials do not infringe the rights of third parties, do not contain scenes of violence, cruelty, sexual or nude content, political or military campaigning, hate speech, discrimination, or any other content unsuitable for the children’s project LittleBookBirdAndWiseOwl, and do not use third-party brands or copyright-protected characters as the main theme.
- By submitting a drawing through the “Idea for New Adventures” section, you grant LittleBookBirdAndWiseOwl a free, non-exclusive, worldwide, and time-unlimited right to use this drawing, any part of it, its idea, motif, plot, image, or any other creative inspiration from it for creating, editing, adapting, publishing, and distributing future stories, books, illustrations, activities, online games, Website materials, promotional materials, and other materials of the LittleBookBirdAndWiseOwl project.
- You agree that LittleBookBirdAndWiseOwl may use the submitted drawing or an idea from it in whole, in part, in a modified, adapted, redrawn, combined with other ideas, or otherwise creatively reworked form. LittleBookBirdAndWiseOwl also has the right not to use the submitted material without explaining the reasons.
- Submitting a drawing does not guarantee its publication, inclusion in a book, appearance on the Website, an individual response, notification of selection or use, and does not create any obligations of LittleBookBirdAndWiseOwl toward the child, parents, or legal guardians.
- You confirm that submitting a drawing, idea, or other material does not create any right to a fee, payment, royalties, share of profit, co-authorship, property rights, or any other compensation, even if the drawing, any part of it, its idea, motif, plot, or image is used in future books, illustrations, games, activities, Website materials, or other materials of LittleBookBirdAndWiseOwl.
- If you provide information about the child for possible mention in a book or project materials, you do so voluntarily, and you agree that LittleBookBirdAndWiseOwl may use this information next to a selected drawing, idea, or material. We recommend providing only the child’s first name, age, and country, without the child’s surname, address, school, phone number, or other personal information. LittleBookBirdAndWiseOwl may shorten or edit the provided child information, for example by leaving only the child’s first name, age, and country, in order to protect the child’s privacy.
- The child’s name, age, country, or other information provided by you may be used in a book, on the Website, or in promotional materials of the project only within the scope of the information you voluntarily provided through the form.
- We reserve the right to reject any material submitted through the “Idea for New Adventures” section, not to publish it, to remove it from the Website, or not to use it in future materials, without explaining the reasons.
- We are not obliged to inform you whether a particular idea, drawing, or other material has been used in a book, game, illustration, activity, or other project material, and we do not provide individual explanations regarding the reasons for rejecting or not using materials.
- If you later submit a request to remove the submitted material or withdraw your consent for future use, we may stop its further new use where this is technically and legally possible. However, this does not affect books, illustrations, games, activities, Website materials, promotional materials, or other project materials that have already been created, published, printed, sent to print, or prepared for publication before we receive such a request.
- By submitting a review or comment, you grant us the right to display it on the Website and use it in promotional materials, unless you have submitted a request for removal. This clause applies to user reviews and comments and does not change the separate terms for children’s drawings submitted through the “Idea for New Adventures” section.
